"Capital Network Solutions, Inc. -- After Hours Technical Support"
It is a primary objective of Capital Network Solutions, Inc. to be there for the
client when they need us during business hours and after. When a client gets a response
to a voice or email on weekends, holidays, or at night, it says a lot about how
much we value their business. The following process has been put in place to ensure
that ALL after-hours alerts and support requests are answered by a CNS technician.
Standard business hours are considered Monday – Friday, 7AM – 5PM PST
Many after-hours needs are simple or can be worked around until the next business
day. If there is a situation that is an emergency and cannot be addressed the following
business day Capital Network Solutions, Inc is here for you.
CNS after-hours response serves three purposes:
- To let all clients know we are in fact listening after-hours
- To deliver superior customer service to our clients
- To actually correct situations that our customers deem an emergency
Managed IT Standard Offerings (Core, Core Plus, Partner and Partner Plus) include
Standard Business hours support, for all contracted devices and applications. All
tickets and monitoring alerts are addressed remotely via the Help Desk or by onsite
dispatch during these hours. Every effort is made to ensure that your network will
be ready for business by 8AM each business day. After-hours and 24/7 hour Emergency
services are available as optional services.
