"Help Desk Support Services"
Technical support services can be accessed through a variety of options to suit
your needs. Users can call our help desk line directly, email us issues that go
directly to our Help Desk Support Center or request for remote shadowing. All requests
for service are tracked with our state of the art ticketing system that keeps the
customer up to date on the status of each issue.
The Help Desk Support Center allows customers to leverage extensive software, and
help desk expertise to solve their end user’s issues. Our first-level support team
determines the problem and works to resolve it over the phone. If our staff cannot
solve the issue via phone support, customers can allow us to take over their system
and work on the issue remotely and interactively. If a physical visit is needed,
your call well be escalated to our Dispatch Center and an engineer will be sent
to the companies location.
After you submit a help desk ticket you will receive a email response with your
ticket number and issue, our help desk staff will do our best to respond within
